Conventional leadership training is often focused on “self-inquiry,” analysis of different personalities and how they match, thinking models such as “seven habits,” conversational behavior, setting targets, inspired communication, traps to avoid when implementing change, positive and negative feedback – the list goes on. Unfortunately, the above offers leaders very little support in their daily work.
Conventional training and individual maturity still influence our perception of leadership. Despite ever increasing numbers of KPIs – and individualized programs – the leap forward has yet to be made. We are still struggling with the same problems as twenty years ago – sub optimization, silo thinking and collaborative challenges.

Training takes place in workshops, is entirely interactive and closely connected to the company’s and participants’ specific challenges and issues. Besides imparting methods, Leadership Development also supports actively replacing existing and outworn methodologies. What’s more, a proactive and all-encompassing strategy planning and execution process will form a part of the program.

Our support for working in a management team. The approach is based on the COD concept and always co-designed with the client’s top management. The support is focused on enabling COD-trained leaders to utilize the COD concept and engage the entire organization in working with strategy. This includes setting the team’s roadmap, aligning calendars, securing individual development coaching and establishing a team identity. And so on.
The Team One support is minimum 2 days.
