Module 1 & 2
Base Training
Core of Development’s methods are built to fully involve people in a transparent and systematic way of working. The core concept covered in Module 1 and Module 2 revolves around dealing with challenges in an empowering way using open questions, and execution based on common agreements to ensure that each team works with the right thing, in the right way.
The Arrow
Strategic Direction
The goal with the Arrow is not only to involve participants in setting the company overall strategic direction, but to adapt it to each team. The COD (Team) Arrow is meant to enable movement and momentum towards a future direction by small incremental tasks supported by a transparent and solid infrastructure.
Interface Workshop
Silo Breakdown
The Interface workshop focuses on making common decisions, with the ambition to encourage and establish collaboration with mutual benefits in an interface between two parties suffering from poor understanding for each other. The Interface workshop is meant to explore beneficial synergies and to generate a trustful and collaborative culture, rather than continuing a negative exchange and relation.
Team One
Team Identity & Culture
Team One is a team building workshop, for a functional team, based on the COD principles to secure involvement of all participants. The purpose of the Team One is to make decisions on all relevant parameters needed to create a performing team, such as way of working, strategic direction, interface collaboration, meeting standards, meeting structure and cadence as well as expectations on each other.
Interviews & Reports
Support & Structure
COD interviews and the consequent situational analysis is often the entry point to any COD program. Unlike a conventional interview, the COD interviews questions are intentionally broadly formulated to respect participants views and perspectives as much as possible. The interview is built to allow free thinking and individual formulations, leading it to be qualitative in nature. All questions are open and encourage the participant to answer from their understanding of the situation.
E-Learning
Support & Structure
The E-Learning platform lets coworkers not able to participate in physical workshops experience and learn the COD core concept as well as the basics of “The Arrow”. The platform will also enable and ensure the continued learning of participants in Module 1 & 2 workshops and offers execution support for implementation of COD style meetings, coaching and strategic work.
