Languages

Our work takes us all across the globe, yet most of our customers are European, predominately Scandinavian. Fluency in English along with at least one more European language is a requirement. Proficiency in German and/or Swedish is further meriting.

Experience

We value all professional experiences, as our core believe is that the more perspectives you can see, the better the result. That being said, we find business or engineering experience within traditional and new industry to be of value to our customers, and a university degree a good base for mastering the COD concept. Working at COD also requires you to present in front of large groups - so a fair bit of oratory skills would give you an edge.

Personal

The most important part for us to help you enjoy your work at COD are your personal values. At COD, we believe that everyone is fundamentally capable, intelligent, engaged and at heart a good person. If you share this view, we will most likely get along. Apart from that, we spend a lot of time on the road, so a availability to travel is crucial. COD's work is heavily people oriented, and to feel at home with us, we believe you would be too.

Location

Our headquarters are located in Gothenburg, Sweden. Our view is that even though, today, a lot of work is done remotely, there is a value in face to face conversations which cannot be easily replaced.
